Terms & Conditions

Deposit: Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit, which varies depending upon the length of the reservation:

       

3 or 4 nights

5 - 7nights

8-11 nights

12-14 nights

 = 1 nights deposit

 = 2 nights deposit

 = 3 nights deposit

 = 4 nights deposit

15 - 18 nights

19 - 21 nights

22 - 25 nights

26 - 31 nights

 = 5 nights deposit

 = 6 nights deposit

 = 7 nights deposit

 = 8 nights deposit

       

We accept cash, traveller's cheques, US$ cheques and wire transfer details can be provided upon request.  We do not accept credit cards or Pay Pal.  The deposit is non-refundable for cancellations made within 30 days of the beginning of the reserved period.  $50 will be deducted from refunded deposits to cover banking and administrative costs.  Travel insurance should be taken out to cover unforeseen circumstances.

 

The balance is due upon arrival.

 
Check-in & Check-out times: In normal course the check-in time is anytime after 3 p.m.  Check-out by 11 a.m.  We can be flexible if scheduling permits.  It is helpful if you can let us have your flight arrival and departure details in advance.

 

Cleaning & Linens: Sheets & Towels are changed once a week.  Three yellow beach towels and one set of white bath towels (Sheet, hand & flannel) per person are provided for stays of 3-4 days.  Five yellow beach towels and two sets of white bath towels are provided for stays of 5-7 days.  These can be replaced upon request.  For stays over 7 days sheets & towels are changed once a week.

 

Cleaning is not included in the above rates.  Weekly cleaning can be arranged if requested in advance. 

 

Smoking Policy

SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED. 

 

If you have to smoke please do so outside and dispose of your cigarette butts in the receptacles provided.
