Dock

The property is situate on the waters of the Great Sound and there is dock complete with chaise lounges, etc. Normally guests are allowed full use of the dock providing they understand that there will be family members enjoying it also from time to time. The dock is not normally used by the family of 4 during the week in the daytime so guests can snooze by the water undisturbed, save for an occasional passing boat or the ferry.

Take all garbage back to the apartment for proper disposal.

We do have a dog "Ky" pronounced kee  who runs around the family area but is contained by a fence so that he cannot get to the dock.

If you befriend him we would ask that you do NOT TO LET HIM INTO THE APARTMENT, in consideration for guests who may come after you with animal allergies.
