Bermuda Monetary Authority

The approval of the Bermuda Monetary Authority must be obtained in connection with the incorporation of all Bermuda companies.  The Bermuda Monetary Authority requires that any ultimate beneficial owner holding 5% or more of the shares in the proposed Company sign a Personal Declaration. 

The beneficial owners' identity must be disclosed.
