Corporate Administration of Bermuda Exempted Companies

The basic services provided to ensure compliance with the Companies Act 1981 are as follows:

 

1.  

Provision of Registered Office and address for service in Bermuda.

 

2.

Maintenance of Register of Directors & Officers.

 

3.

Maintenance of Share Register (basic fee includes up to 5 shareholders).

 

4.

Provision of Company Secretary.

 

5.

Provision of One Director or Alternate if required.

 

6.

Preparation and filing of Annual Declaration.

 

7.

Notifying principal contact (to be designated in respect of each company) that the Annual Government Fee is due, 6 weeks prior to due date.  Two  follow up letters if funds are not forwarded on first or second request.

 

8.

Preparation of standard minutes for Annual General Meeting and Board Meetings prior (if applicable) and sending out relevant notices, waivers and proxies.  Or if appropriate preparing written resolutions for signature by all Directors and Members.

 

9.

Billing for Corporate Services Fee from Company Principal each year.

 

      

Basic Corporate Administrative Services Fee is $3,500.00
